Percheron Horse

Equus ferus caballus

Description:

Percheron is a strong breed of horses indigenous of the French province of Perche. They are easily found in many other areas around the world where they have been crossed with other indigenous breeds. A pure breed Percheron is black or white and is usually used for pulling carriages and farm work because their strength and abilities.

Habitat:

Percheron horses lives in ranches or farms or in specialized studs where they are trained for competition.

Notes:

I found this beautiful horse in a farm that is located N Seldendale Drive in Hampton. It is an incredible large farm just in the middle of town.
