Description:

More than likely Northern maidenhair fern (Adiantum pedatum) but want to confirm it as this is most plentiful in the state of PA. Ferns are a large group of more than 12,000 species. They are vascular plants and have stems, leaves, and roots, but reproduce via spores and do not have seeds nor flowers.

Habitat:

Woodlands, wetlands (Poconos, PA)
