Photo take at -35 ft near a coral reef, in a manatee grass field this small algae or anemone??? like a ball is attach to a manatee grass. about 1cm diameter.

Thanks Livan i have the same impression that is an anemone.
I think it is an Anemone of some kind, but don't know which.
