Petals have zigzag edges. The edges are highlighted with an inch of lighter color. The base of the petal has markings that resembles two wings huddled together. The leaves of this flower are long and thin.

This looks like a species of Dianthus.
thanks Seema for breaking it down for me. I wonder what exact species.. This one has more clump of petals and layers of them..
