Tail also appears long enough for Anhinga. This is similar size to Double-crested Cormorant and slightly smaller than Great Cormorant which are also found in the area but have slightly shorter tails and larger heads than necks. Anhinga head looks more like an extension of the neck.

they appear to be anhingnas - going by the size and body shape of the two on the furthest right corner.
