This allows the spotting to fully enter the database and become complete, letting groups and individuals use the data and find your spotting. It also takes the spotting off the "unidentified" list. Nice photos and spotting. He has been lucky so far, as many this time of year are missing parts of their tails either due to dodging predators, or defending territories.
