Stripped Basilisk

Description:

Photo take at my neighbor´s wall this adult basilisk clime the really fast about 50 cm long from head to tail incredible colors and patterns to camuflag in to the jungle big crest.

Habitat:

They are native of México, Panama, Belize, northwestern Colombia and Costa Rica, but have been introduced in U.S.

Notes:

Smaller basilisks can run about 10-20 metres on the water without sinking. Young basilisks can usually run farther than older ones.
