Description:

Flowering plant that grows outwards more than upwards. Thin stalks with thin, pointy leaves. Pink, thin-petaled flowers with yellow center.

Habitat:

Found growing in a hostel in the high-mountains town of Xela, in Guatemala. Warm days in March, with very cold nights.

At least, I think it's Conicosia. But it definitely had thinner leaves than most.

Could be an ice plant, but if it is it's definitely from the Conicosia genus. This plant had much thinner leaves than the ice plants taking over all around the world.

probably family Mesembryanthemaceae which tend to have those fleshy succulent leaves and colorful flowers with numerous free petals and numerous free stamens
