Description:

Chinese Witch Hazel or Chinese Fire Dance is a striking shrub with glorious ruby red rounded foliage that is a feature in itself. But the small deep pink fringe-like flowers have a sweet scent and are borne intermittently throughout the year. A real connoisseur's plant that should find a space in every garden.

Habitat:

Native to China,Japan, and SE Asia

Notes:

Nice spot and photo
Lots of this here in Tallahassee right now. It is so pretty even when not in bloom due to the colored leaves.
