Dichopetala catinata
Grasshopper/katydid-like jumping insect. The extremely long antennae suggest it to be in the Tettigoniidae family. Quite small with very long legs.
Pace Bend Park. Wooded, near lake.
Bayucca, I think you are right. I'm no expert, but from the reference pictures in Bugguide, this spotting with the very dark back and white spots down it, matches your choice perfectly.
@Livan: At least we have the same genus ;-)... What do you think about Catinata? My comment may sound quite definitive, but I should have written, "I think it is Dichopetala catinata".
I think it is one of the Short-wing Katydids. (Dichopetala sp.)

It is a Tettigoniidae, Phaneropterinae (False Katydid), Dichopetala sp. (Sort-winged Katydid), Dichopetala catinata.
