Ipomoea purpurea dos NOT have hair on the outside of the tube , so , it isn't I.purpurea...
The entire presentation ( color , stigma, tube, etc.,) is incorrect for Ipomoea purpurea...nothing matches at all ...My best impression is that this corolla which is conspicuously hairy on the outside is most likely an Argyreia of some type...
