A rice skipper. Probably not identifiable from the photo. My best guess is Pelopidas agna - the Dingy Swift.

This one is not a moth, but a Skipper/Hesperiidae. Look at the antennae with clubs, this is typical for butterflies. Moths usually have straight or feather-like antennae. Yours is very difficult to ID, since there are only very tiny spots and no stronger markings visible.
