Description:

Alyssum szowitsianum is a tiny annual common in Mt Hermon. After blooming its the coin-like fruits are pressed on stem in a pyramidal structure. The seeds are protected like that through summer. The first heavy rains in October-November open them and the seeds are dispersed and germinate.
