Merritt island NWR this week when i went to merritt island they were having open duck hunting on some of the trails. i don't know but i feel like a National wildlife refuge should be a safe place for all noninvasive wildlife. all these ducks are just minding there own business and migrating along. These ducks were found on a trail where hunting was prohibited.
