Youre in the ballpark, this is a snakefly, also in the Order Neuroptera. There are two major families that I know of, the Rhaphididae and the Inocellidae. Which one it belongs to depends on whether or not it has ocelli on the head, but that can't be seen in this photo.
Some sort of lacewing?
