Spotting

Description:

Small purple flowers on he end of the stems. Fully opened, with 5 petals in the shape of a star. Leaves are almost cylindrical, thick and ranging from darker to lighter green.

Habitat:

Found at a local beach in Hawaii (Sand Island). Found littered along the shore, far from salt water. Dry climate, rocky/sandy terrain.
