I agree with alicelongmartin. This could be an Italian Wall Lizard. There are some other lizards that look similar to this guy as well like the Iberian Rock Lizard,Iberolacerta monticola, and a variety of other Wall Lizards.
This website has a lot of nice photos though I'm not sure if it has good location information. Scroll down to the lizard section.
