Hi CEJ, this is probably a juvenile bold jumping spider, phidippus audax. I cant be certain without seeing the whole spider but you mentioned it was black & orange. P audax has the iridescent green chelicerae & the bristles on top on the head we can see here. The adults are black with a white dot on the abdomen & the juveniles have an orange dot.
