Description:

The flowers come out of dark gray buds and start out pink and slowly turn blue until they are in full bloom. The leaves and thick and edible and taste a bit like oysters, hence the name.

Habitat:

On the the riverbank of Pasagshak River near the mouth. The water is mostly salty at this portion because it is so close to the ocean
