Description:

The mole with head, body, and tail was about 8 inches in length. There was a thick fur that had a dark grey and a brown tint. The tail was short and hairless. The webbing between the toes of each foot aids in digging.

Habitat:

The mole was found a few feet from mole tunnels. Most likely this specific animal's tunnels. The mole was found in a pathway with strong shade coverage. The mole was found about 15 yards from the pond near it.
