Harsha Singh also spotted similar Bug but it is in North India where European bugs are easily find.

Yes same one Atul it is Stink Bug as its face is larger... and eye structure of Pentatomidae.
I checked but Willie marked Genus find in North America... One I looking for at least Eurasia or Indian subcontinent... what I find ..

Nice photo of your spotting, I took a photo of what I think is the same type of shield bug. I am no expert on insects, but I am leaning toward : Elasmucha lateralis
