Description:

one of many large black beetles I saw. This one was on the side of the brick house and eating a moth. I dont' know if it caught the moth or if it was alrady dead, but the beetle was definitly eating it.

found on side of house. West texas Plains

I like to take photos of insects except big, black, hairy beetles.
