The Pequi
The Pequi (Caryocar brasiliense; Caryocaraceae) is a tree native to the Brazilian cerrado, whose fruit, although widely used in the kitchen Northeast, Goias, Mato Grosso and northern Minas Gerais, Goias is typically considered.
