I saw these in Costa Rica too...Beautiful!! They told me Angel Trumpet too.

In Costa Rica this is called "Reina de la noche", Queen of the night. In English I have heard it called Angel Trumpet also.

Solanaceae, these are poisonous but beautiful flowers.
