Desert Lavender

Lavandula coronopifolia

Description:

his desert lavander is beautiful in bloom, covered with pale blue flowers. Most of the year though it looks like a dry twig. It is not scented like most other lavanders.

Habitat:

Common in S Jordan, S Israel and southwards along the Red Sea in Egypt and Saudi-Arabia.
