yes leuba,this is a green jewel bug,in found it at garden behind my home,its scientific name is CHRYSOCORIS can find more information by this link,it might be helpfullfor you :

Sanjaya, Could we please have some information about this beetle. Like the plant it is on and it's size. Also, if it is a jewel beetle, could you please provide some supporting documentation - you might be able to find a scientific name in the document or reference link. Thanks.
