The balicassiao (Dicrurus balicassius) is a species of bird in the Dicruridae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

yes, they both belong to same family, reason for similar characteristics...
Thought it looked like a Drongo. Love their forked tail and interesting head shape. Thanks for the information - nice spotting !
