Habitat:

It is found in shallow (to 50 feet) water on patch reefs, over grassy bottoms, and in mangrove-lined tidal creeks. Circumtropical.

Notes:

Always great to see these alien looking guys with those amazing eyes. Spotted almost at the end of our dive.
