Bunches of collared-dove feathers, the sheer quantity and the big clumps of the feathers implies possible predation. I found this on my college campus, which has perhaps a dozen neutered cats on campus, and acquires more over time. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a cat kill. Good thing it's a non-native, but I doubt the cats restrict themselves to only introduced birds.

Didn't find any remnants of the bird, just feathers, and not as many feathers as I've seen at some kill sites.
