Sea turtles

Description:

Turtles come in different types , there are no average size of turtles and mostly turtles come in green and yellow faded color. One of the species that shares the environment with the turtle are the reefs , located on the ocean floor, these coral reefs gives these turtles places to hide from their predators , which are the killer whales and sharks. These relationship with the coral reefs and sea turtle is an example of commensalism , because it does no harm to the coral nor benefits it. Sea turtles mostly spends most of their time in water because they are adapted for it , because of its webbed feet and a streamlined body that allows them , but it can also get back on land in couple of times , they are adapted to walk but slowly and whenever the sun gets too hot they dig burrows with their strong forelimbs which allows them to dig underground. Turtles are a Sexual reproduction , for it to get pregnant it needs to find its partner first and after that they produce eggs which they bury on underground and leave them until they hatch.

Habitat:

Turtles can be very adaptive and can be found on every continent , except Antarctica. Most of these population can be found in southeastern North America and south Asia. These turtles mostly feed on Algae and sea grasses. Mostly Sharks and Killer whales are the ones who feeds on these species the most.
