Green Crab

Description:

One of the crabs claws and one of its legs are missing. The crab is tangled in seaweed. The legs are crooked (jointed). The crab is dark green and bumpy with light green on the bottom. It is big compared to the small shell on the top of the picture, about the size of the palm of my hand. It's clawed arms go forward and the rest of its legs go back.

Habitat:

The crab lived in a tidepool at a beach. It had a lot of sea weed, rocks, and sand.

Notes:

This crab is dead. I wonder if it was a boy or a girl, how old it was, and where it was born. I also wonder why it died.
