Spotting

Description:

a "volunteer" in my neighbor's driveway, this plant stands about 5' tall, has long, white, tubular 5-petal blooms and large, slightly convex green leaves that are extremely sticky on the underside, gathering insects and debris. She was going to remove it but her gardener pled for clemency. Anyone got an ID?
