Description:

Medium height, two feet tall, growing on the Bank of a small creek which at this point in time is dry (but only dry in the past few days), off White flower similar to a Queen Annes lace, blooming in late May

Habitat:

Very moist soil, sandy for the area, on Creek bank, heavy woods and shade

Notes:

Can anyone help me identify this plant?
