It is tilted because it is growing toward the light. This is called Phototropism If you rotate the pot of a indoor plant next to a window a quarter turn every few days it will grow straight. Indoor plants sometimes get (leggy) very tall because the light indoors, even by a window is significantly lower in intensity. :)
