Howler Monkey

Description:

At sunrise and sunset can be heard the strong howling of the monkeys, at a distance of hundred meters. They are diurnal, sedentary and have poor social activity. Their diet is based on flowers, fruits and leaves of trees as Guarumo, Genízaro, Gallinazo, Espavel, Ron Ron and Ojoche.

Habitat:

They inhabit rainforests, dry forests, secondary forests, riparian forests, edges of forests in Costa Rica.
