The biggest size around 3 cm, and the small one around 1.5 cm.

This link image is slightly different and I'm feeling less confident that they are identical. The nymph appears to be Pycanum rubus but I'm not certain either.
Both are definitely Pycanum sp and possibly the same species.
Suggestions anyone???
