Cicindeelinae, Cosmodela virgula, I think. There is another one I know from East Asia: Cicindela aurulenta, which looks very similar. But I am not sure if this ID is really correct:

I think the ID of my link in the suggestions section is reliable (John Horstman is very experienced with entomology). But, please, verify nevertheless my suggestion!

I agree that it's a tiger beetle. Their subfamily is Cicindelinae.
