The likely hood of this being a Condor is very very very low. Also Condors have a twelve foot wingspan. This is not a Turkey Vulture either, TUVUs fly with their wings in a shallow V. I would say this is a Northern Harrier.

Condor? I thought those lived in California? It is probably a turkey vulture.
