Celithemis fasciata OR Libellula semifasciata
I shot this dragonfly in southern India. But I am not sure about the ID. It can either be Libellula semifasciata, the painted skimmer, or Celithemis fasciata, the Banded Pennant. If you know what it is, please help me identify this species.

I saw this in India. Only possible, if it is a migratory flier.
