These ones i've picked up for my mom, so the pictures are taken at my home. Their seeds are edible and in Slovenia they make loads of pastries out of them, like "makova potica", a very delicious "cake". If you use it for medical purposes, you have to be very careful-best if somebody who knows about it, like a doctor, helps you. It is said to help with stomach spasms, intestines, bile and urinary tract.
