Brandon, it's a Firefly of some kind. They are a kind of Beetle. There are many kinds where you spotted this one that look very close. the picture is a little blurry to say for sure. Also you can change it from the starfish symbol to the dragonfly, because like all the insects this guy belongs in the Arthropods. Here are some pictures, I think yours belong to one of the two top subfamilies:
