Brandon, it's a Firefly of some kind. They are a kind of Beetle. There are many kinds where you spotted this one that look very close. the picture is a little blurry to say for sure. Also you can change it from the starfish symbol to the dragonfly, because like all the insects this guy belongs in the Arthropods.
