I don't think there's anything wrong with the locality. This is a species of Eurybatus (treated either as subgenus of Rosalia or as a separate genus, depending on the author). Three species of this group occur on Java: R. (E.) novempunctata, R. (E.) inexpectata and R. (E.) laeta. According to the elongate body shape and the pattern on black spots, the only species that matches is R. (E.) laeta (or Eurybatus laetus).
