night blooming cereus

Description:

This is the first bloom of the year from my night blooming cereus (AKA queen of the night). Exotic, fragrant, this flower opens in the evening and is done by morning. The plant itself is not exactly attractive. Its 'leaves; come in different shapes, sometimes at the end of long (3-4 ft) stalks, making it an unwieldy houseplant. But oh so worth it;)
