Geometridae, probably Synchlora sp.. I am not sure about this one. Synchlora sp. are wellknown for this habit, mostly with flowers. In Australia some (not Synchlora, but Geometridae, Bizarr Looper Moth) were reported do the same with little pieces of rock and sand.
