It was a VERY large frog or toad. Light green, nodules all over the back legs and head. Rounded out stomach that seemed in the way of the animal.
It was in the wash of a neighborhood. A lot of rocks, and dried out (it was Arizona).

I can't see too much detail in your picture of the Toad but it looks like what I just found in my yard tonight.
