Glad to have you on Project Noah, Kurt.
Google search on "female Thiania" shows several similar spider but none have the correct ID. At least we know now that this is a Thiania.

One thing for sure, it is not recorded in The Guide to Common Singapore Spiders.

Nice spider.
I have also seen an almost similar spider in
http://orionmystery.blogspot.com/2012/06...
This is not a Salticus scenicus or even a spider in that genus but I cannot give a better species suggestion.
