Glad to have you on Project Noah, Kurt.Google search on "female Thiania" shows several similar spider but none have the correct ID. At least we know now that this is a Thiania.
One thing for sure, it is not recorded in The Guide to Common Singapore Spiders. http://habitatnews.nus.edu.sg/guidebooks...

Nice spider.I have also seen an almost similar spider inhttp://orionmystery.blogspot.com/2012/06...This is not a Salticus scenicus or even a spider in that genus but I cannot give a better species suggestion.
