Please note that Poaceae is not a Scientific name as such, it is a Family name for virtually all grasses. A Scientific Name, also known as a Binomial name, is normally Genus + species only.
As such, this spotting is of no use for research as the poor focus and coverage of snow makes it impossible to identify.
Please try to get a much better picture showing the detail of the grass so that it may be possible to identify it down to at least Genus level.
Completing the habitat field with relevant data, such as soil type would also help with identification.
