Wild chamomile/Prava kamilica

Matricaria chamomilla

Description:

Tiny plant, which grows in bushes, so when you find them, you find them in groups. Has muliti-leaved white flower with big "centre". Grows quite tall.

Habitat:

Meadows, pastures, near forests, gardens ... Europe, Asia, but is widespread.

Notes:

These plants can be used as a herb. Most common here is just to cook a chamomile tea and is used to help soothe menstrual problems, stomach or sleep problems (even for babies). They have really mild and nice, sweet taste.

You are welcome! I use it whenever i have my cycle, and just last week, when i had major stomach problem, virosis i used it and it helped a lot, so i got better much sooner!
