The black pronotal collar & bluish color are suggestive of lyricen. Several of the related & similar species are not as bluish. It's important to mention that this guy is not likley going to finish and is "stuck" - not uncommon, but unfortunate. The coloration & darkening of the collar are also indicative of the adult exoskeleton hardening which should not happen until the insect is clear of the nymph exuvia.
