Agreed, there is a similarity. But the edges of the cap seem sharper on the previous find, and these seem more rounded off. Also the clusters seem structured a little different and there is more exposure underneath where the gills are. I'll continue to research what I can and hopefully someone can help out with a suggestion.

Nice finding Matt,congrats and thanks for sharing.it seems very similar to the Elm Oyster you spott before,but i cant have sure,wait to see if someone more knowledge in USA fungi give you a suggestion
